It is calculated by adding up all the assets and subtracting the liabilities. At Ace Peak, our current book value totals just over $38,000. Initial capital investment for shares sold to investors totaled $23,750 at $10 a share for 2,375 shares. This is how we can calculate a 60% return.
Subsidiaries
Much of our success owes thanks to our initiative in developing subsidiary brands. ACE PEAK RENTALS LLC is our flagship real estate company which specializes in residential rentals. Over 80% of the debt liability we are liable for is held in personal loans by two of the primary holding company owners. We believe in our mission so much that we are eagerly investing and writing personal loans to our brands because we know it will pay off. We intend to continue developing and expanding this holding due to the equity it provides and the profit it generates.
